“You can’t leave me alone with these kids! I won’t survive!”
I think everybody wanted to see what will happen with the Murphys after the unfair ending of the 1st season when Frank tried to save the situation for his colleagues, but instead, he got fired.
The first couple of episodes of the 2nd season are really sad, I’d say depressing. Frank is trying to manage his life, his job, but every time something appears, and all his plans are in a mess. At the same time, Sue tries to support him, although he is really difficult, especially now. She decides to sign up for a job, which means Frank will have to stay with the kids.
Along the season, Sue receives an opportunity to create something unique. Kevin continue his journey with his band. He accomplishes a great gift from Vic, one of his band’s songs is on the radio for a couple of seconds, but for the band, this is something incredible. Eventually, they have the chance to perform at a pretty big party, but Kevin makes some mistakes, which will affect the band’s future.
The last episode is the best from the 2nd season, an unpredictable episode which gave me thrills. Frank tries to get his old job back after a crazy plan, which didn’t go through as it should. At the end of the day, it was a pretty good season, and the last scene makes you wait for the 3rd one (you’ll know it when you’ll watch it).
Better than the 1st season? It was better, but there is not such a big difference between the seasons. If you liked the 1st one, you’ll like the 2nd one too. Enjoy it, and stay safe!
